Return & Refund Policy

Because our items are handmade just for you, we like to be very clear upfront (clarity now = fewer emails later).

All Sales Are Final

All items are custom, handmade, laser-cut, and hand-painted, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost, stolen, or unused gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Natural Wood Variations

Wood is a natural material, not a printed sheet of plastic.

Items such as cutting boards and wood signs may include:

  • Natural grain variations

  • Knots, mineral streaks, or color differences

  • Minor imperfections inherent to real wood

These variations are normal, expected, and not considered defects, and therefore do not qualify for returns or refunds. Each piece is unique—no two are exactly alike (that’s kind of the point).

Order Issues or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Misspellings or incorrect personalization entered at checkout

  • Color, size, or design choices selected by the customer

Please double-check all customization details before placing your order—we create exactly what is submitted.

Shipping Delays

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds. Once your order leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the postal powers that be.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim delivery are not eligible for a refund. Reshipping fees may apply.
