Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order made and shipped as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works in our shop.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order.

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days

  • Custom or personalized items: Ship within 3–5 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx (chosen based on size, weight, and destination).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our shop, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier (we do not own the postal system… yet).

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed

Reshipping fees may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and the packaging

This helps us file a claim and make things right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier or your local post office directly.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping upgrades apply to shipping time only and do not reduce processing time unless specifically stated.

International Shipping (Optional Section)

International Orders: While we primarily serve the US market, international shipping is available at a flat rate. Please note that customers are responsible for all VAT, customs duties, and import fees imposed by their local government. Due to the handmade nature of our 3D wood signs, international transit times may vary between 14–21 business days.
